The Hollmann Salon is holding court again and enchants us with Vienna's only 6*De-Luxe "Punsch Stand" in Vienna's most beautiful baroque courtyard, the Heiligenkreuzerhof. Finest blends and culinary delights await the curious visitor right at the entrance to the Hollmann Salon. Since Mid-November this is the place to find tasty punsch and mulled wine from top wine makers as well as specialties from renowned restaurant chefs in a wonderful festive ambience. Phillipp Patzel, managing director of Hollmann Salon, makes a clear point: "We have enough of bread-spread monotony, baked potatoes and more than sweet punch syrup in the city. Wild boar meat loaf bread with cranberry Dijon mustard and wine punsch from top wine makers you will only find at Heiligenkreuzerhof." Der Hollmann Salon hält wieder Hof und verzaubert uns mit Wiens einzigen 6* Sterne-De-Luxe Punschstand im schönsten barocken Innenhof der Wiener Altstadt, dem Heiligenkreuzerhof. Once a week the Paninoteca diverge from their usual opening hours (11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.) Starting at 6:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. you not only get a free of charge Italy vacation feeling, but also free panini and a special range of drinks. After the final closing time, the neighbor is more than happy to welcome you – the Schikaneder invites for a DJ-line, maybe with italian dance music. The call for Aperitive - very italian – is very spontanious. There was no certain day determined….

Einmal pro Woche weicht man in der Paninoteca von den üblichen Offnungszeiten (11:30 – 15:30 Uhr) ab. Dann gibt’s von 18:00 bis 22:00 Uhr nicht nur kostenloses Italien-Urlaubsfeeling, sondern auch free Panini und ein spezielles Angebot an Getränken für alle, die vorbeischauen. Nach endgültigem Ladenschluss freut sich der Nachbar über deinen Besuch: das Schikaneder lädt dann noch zur DJ Line, vielleicht sogar mit italienischer Tanzmusik. Zum Aperitivo wird – ganz italian Style – immer sehr spontan gerufen, ein bestimmter Wochentag wurde dafür nämlich nicht festgelegt.

It´s not easy to find – Hidden behind the universtity campus only an unprepossessing sign shows the entrance-but inside it´s bright and friendly. They make café on white painted pallets which tastes great. Of course, because a real Pro mixed the beans and grounded them fresh. The price is determined by yourself – not an easy task, but at least you don´t have to bother with an overpriced café found in different other places. They have of course coffee 2 go and a good variety of fresh paninis and cereals. The place is split into Room#1 „CafféCouture Showroom with only café and Room#2-name has to be defined, with food and café.

Leicht zu finden ist es nicht, das CaffèCouture. Recht versteckt hinter dem Uni Campus weist auch nur ein unscheinbarer Aufsteller auf das Café hin. Hell und freundlich ist es drinnen. Auf einem Stapel weiß lackierter Staplerpalletten wird Kaffee zubereitet – der schmeckt! Klar! – wurde er doch auch vom Fachmann zusammengemischt und frisch gerieben. Den Preis bestimmst du selbst – keine leichte Aufgabe, aber über überteuerten Kaffee brauchst du dich nicht zu ärgern. Den Kaffee gibt’s 2go oder zum „hier trinken“. Daneben kann sich auch eine große Auswahl an frischen Paninis und Müsli sehen lassen. Aufgegliedert ist der Laden in Room Nr.1 "CaffèCouture Showroom" - hier gibt es nur Kaffee.
